Me, my story and my motivations

My background

Since I can recall I’ve loved to paint and illustrate the world that surrounds me. That is why I chose to study for my Higher Diploma in Graphic Design and Plastic Arts back in 2018. There I discovered my passion for digital design and user experience. After working for Digital Design Agency for a year in charge of the Web Design department, I enrolled in Ironhack’s UX/UI Design Bootcamp.
Since then I’ve worked both as a freelance UX/UI Designer and at a humanitarian software consultancy, where I’ve learned to work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver the best user-centered designs. In all these years I’ve been able to design educational platforms, data management tools, e-commerces, and storage manager apps, mastering the art of designing for multi-device products.

Why UX/UI?

I think everything in life is design, from the chair you’re probably sitting in reading this, to the alarm app you use to wake up in the morning. My job is to make life easier, more functional, and more comfortable for users with the products they use. Overall, I believe in designing better, more powerful, and aesthetically pleasing products, without compromising accessibility.

About me

Besides designing, I love painting and embroidering, drinking tea, watching The Office, reading and spending time with my cats (or any animal actually).
